Many thousands of trikes using these quiet, rugged, water-proof hub motors may now be seen on streets and roads world wide. We had the standard 36 Volt version upgraded to 48 Volts to increase the speed and make them more suitable for our American customers.
These kits suit most people's needs, offering just enough electric assist to better handle the extra weight of a three wheel cycle. It's important to consider higher power would require more batteries, add even more weight and battery costs...both initial and for long term battery replacement.
200W, at 48V is a happy compromise unless you have circumstances requiring more power.

We have discontinued our higher powered e-tricycle because it was too small to be comfortable for the average American.
High shipping costs also made these trikes less attractive than our new 1000 and 800 Watt (36 or 48 Volt) HIGH POWER KITS!
If you have steep hills or extra cargo of more than 150 pounds, we now recommend these super kits instead!

We provide you a tricycle with your preference of styles...
Made in U.S.A., or Imported...or a kit on it's own.
Some states require registration, driver's license, proof of insurance...even motorcycle lights and turn signals if the highest 1000 Watt motors are used. Other states consider both 1000 and 800 Watts to still be in the "bicycle class", or make exceptions for handicapped and senior citizens.
